Gonzalo Gonzalez Founder

Gonzalo has a degree in Social Communication from UCAB, and an MBA . He has had a successful career of more than 35 years in prestigious international advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett, DRM and BVK.

Gonzalo began his career on the client side,  at Mitsubishi. His entrepreneurial and creative spirit motivated him to jump to the agency side by joining Leo Burnett, where he worked with global clients such as Phillip Morris, Shell, Diageo, McDonald’s, and Goodyear, in projects for Venezuela and the rest of Latin America. The agency DRM/DDB (currently Alma) in Miami brought him to the United States to manage McDonald’s, where he spearheaded the development of successful promotional and branding campaigns.

Gonzalo had handled advertising, public relations, and digital communications for clients in multiple categories, including Sprint, Toyota, US Bank, and many more especially in the tourism industry. Gonzalo’s experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for the US, Puerto Rico and Latin American markets give him a deep understanding of the nuances of each market segment.

Gonzalo has also obtained a solid reputation as a communications strategist and corporate image consultant. He has managed advertising and public relations efforts for numerous multinational clients and has accomplished excellent results.

As the founder of The Ad Nation, Gonzalo is combining his extensive experience in marketing with his passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
